Braden Chenot

Braden Chenot is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Land Acquisition at Richmond American Homes since April 2024. Prior to this role, Braden held various positions at Mattamy Homes from November 2016 to March 2024, including Director of Land Acquisition, Land Acquisition Manager, and Senior Land Analyst in the Orlando Division, as well as a position as Staff Accountant at the Corporate Office. Earlier in Braden's career, a role as Staff Accountant at Trax Capital spanned from March 2015 to November 2016. Braden obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida, completing studies between 2008 and 2012.
