Eric Kubly

Eric Kubly is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in land development, specializing in commercial, retail, and residential markets. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Land Development at MDC Holding and Richmond American Homes of Colorado, Inc. since July 2018, Eric manages over 80 active communities and possesses extensive knowledge in infrastructure, utilities, and transportation. Previously, Eric held the position of Vice President of Land Development at M.D.C Holdings/Richmond American Homes from February 2005 and served as Senior Estimator and General Manager at Pro-X Inc. from February 1994 to November 2004. Eric earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Northern Colorado between 1991 and 1995.
