Heather R. Johnston has extensive experience in construction administration and property management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Assistant II at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since July 2019, Johnston previously held various roles including Permit Coordinator at Propel Builders and Seminole Masonry LLC, and Owner of Johnston Property Services, LLC, where responsibilities included commercial property management and permit expediting services. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Interplan, LLC as Site Development Manager and Permit Manager, overseeing site investigations and permits for commercial construction throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico, as well as working with Levitt and Sons and Lamm & Co. on residential and commercial projects. Johnston possesses academic credentials from the University of South Florida, including certifications in Inclusive & Ethical Leadership and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace.
