Kelli Tolocka

Kelli Tolocka is an accomplished executive in the homebuilding industry with extensive experience in land acquisition and marketing. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Richmond American Homes since April 2023, Kelli previously held the position of Vice President of Land Acquisition at Beazer Homes from September 2010 to April 2023, where Kelli sourced significant deals and managed the land acquisition process. Kelli's sales leadership contributed to exceeding yearly goals at Beazer Homes, generating substantial revenue. Kelli has also held various marketing roles, including Director of Sales and Regional Marketing Manager, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple divisions and states.
