Matt Stark

Matt Stark has over 20 years of experience in land acquisition and development in the homebuilding industry. Matt is currently the Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition at Richmond American Homes, where they are leading the land acquisition and development efforts for the Northern Florida division. Prior to this, Matt held roles such as Vice President of Land at Richmond American Homes, Director of Land Acquisition at KB Home, and Land Acquisition Manager at D.R. Horton. Throughout their career, they have successfully contributed to the growth of divisions and acquired thousands of units for their companies. Matt is known for their expertise in sourcing deals, underwriting, asset management, and strategic marketing. Matt began their career as a Land Associate at Kaufman and Broad before progressing to higher-level roles.

Matt Stark earned their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
