Raymond Weden

Raymond Weden is a seasoned professional in the homebuilding and purchasing industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Purchasing at Richmond American Homes since March 2018. Previously, Weden held various roles at Meritage Homes, culminating as Director of Purchasing, and at ONteriors Residential Inc. as Operations Manager, overseeing product management and installation operations for low voltage equipment. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Superintendent, ensuring quality in construction for Pulte, and as a Shift Lead at Starbucks Coffee Company, where Weden demonstrated leadership and customer service skills. Weden holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from California State University-Long Beach.
