Steven Kalberer

Steven Kalberer, CPA has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Steven started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager from 2000 to 2006. Following this, they worked at NorthStar Realty Finance as a Manager from 2006 to 2008. Steven then joined Westbrook Partners as a Vice President from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, Steven became Principal and CFO at Impact Consulting, a start-up company, until 2015. Steven then became Director of Finance for Mattamy Homes, overseeing US operations from 2015 to 2020. Steven went on to serve as Director of Finance at Richmond American Homes from 2020 to 2022. Presently, they hold the position of Member/Advisor at JBEC Corp. starting from 2022. Additionally, as of September 2023, Steven also serves as the Vice President of Finance at Richmond American Homes.

Steven Kalberer, CPA completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Carle Place High School from 1992 to 1996. Steven is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York, obtained through the American Institution of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
