Wendy Sommer

Wendy Sommer is an experienced sales and human resources professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Richmond American Homes since December 2023, Wendy previously held the position of New Home Sales Consultant at Meritage Homes from June 2017 to December 2023. Prior to that, Wendy was the Director of Talent Acquisition at vc5 Partners, where the focus was on supporting specialized startups and mid-sized companies. Wendy's experience also includes roles in human resources management at Pathfinder Pediatric Home Care Inc, and recruiting for healthcare professionals at Whitaker Medical, LLC. Wendy started a career in sales with US Health Group and held early positions in insurance and loss prevention, showcasing a strong foundation in both operational and client-facing roles. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.
