Jackie Johnson is an experienced professional in the fields of travel advising and behavioral health. Currently serving as an Independent Travel Advisor at JJ's Wanderlust Travels since June 2024, Jackie utilizes travel expertise and customer service skills to assist clients in planning vacations. Concurrently, Jackie has been a Region IV SMVF Regional Navigator at Richmond Behavioral Health since December 2018, overseeing regional initiatives to enhance behavioral health care for service members and veterans. Previous roles include Adult Mental Health Case Manager, Qualified Mental Health Professional, and various positions within family resolution services, showcasing a strong background in mental health assessment, service coordination, and crisis intervention. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from both Liberty University and Virginia Commonwealth University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Liberty University.

Richmond Behavioral Health Foundation (RBHF), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, supports RBH’s mission through community awareness initiatives, fundraising, and community partnerships. As a united force, RBH takes a proactive, innovative approach to activating the transformative power of behavioral health. Our vision is to create an inclusive, healthy community where individuals have the courage to believe in a better tomorrow and are inspired to reach their highest potential. Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and is the statutorily established public entity responsible for providing mental health, developmental services, substance use disorders and prevention services to the citizens of the City of Richmond. Integrated services are available for adults, children and families through a central intake unit. Services are provided directly by staff of the Authority and through contracts with private providers in the community
