Currently serving as an Instructional Specialist at CodeRVA Regional High School and as a District English Language Arts Instructional Specialist for Richmond City Public Schools, Jackie has also held roles as an Instructional Coach for Richmond Public Schools and an English Teacher in Chesterfield County Public Schools. Jackie holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with a Master's degree in Education and Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the same institution.
