Kara Lancaster-Gay

Kara Lancaster-Gay is an experienced educational professional affiliated with Richmond Public Schools since 1993. Currently serving as a School Administrator, Kara has held various positions including Reading Interventionist, Teacher of Exceptional Students-Gifted, and Speech Language Pathologist. In addition to roles at Richmond Public Schools, Kara has been a Secondary English Teacher since 2019 at another public school. Kara holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Richmond and has also studied at Virginia Commonwealth University.
