Andrew Kaplan

Vice President of Financial Services/CFO: In this role he is responsible for the oversight of all financial operations of the agency as well as the IT Services Department.

After working with several not for profit I/DD agencies in the area over the last 20+ years, Andrew (Andy) joined Richmond Community Services in 2009 as the VP Financial Services/CFO. In this role he is responsible for the oversight of all financial operations of the agency as well as the IT Services Department. A graduate of Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry with a BS degree in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science, Andy has been involved in the financial aspects of the Developmental Disabilities field for over 30 years. In addition to his work at Richmond, Andy is also an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.
