Ara Daglian

Ara Daglian serves as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Richmond County Country Club since March 2023, overseeing upscale amenities and services in Staten Island. Previously, Ara held similar roles at Rockrimmon Country Club, where a focus on revitalizing the food and beverage department was achieved from March 2017 to October 2022. Prior experience includes managing Golf Club of Avon Inc during its renovation, stabilizing finances at The Woodmere Club post-Hurricane Sandy, and leading capital projects at Old Westbury Golf and Country Club. Ara's extensive tenure at Tumble Brook Country Club spanned over two decades, contributing to strategic cultural and operational development. Ara began the career as Assistant Manager at Orienta Beach Club after completing coursework in Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
