RCC is a multi-specialty group mental health practice, located in Richmond, VA. We are comprised of highly specialized and skilled LCSWs, LPCs, LCPs, PMHNPs, RDs, Registered & Board Certified Art Therapists, and Registered Play Therapists/Supervisors. We provide outpatient services to individuals, couples, and families from age 2 to 100. As an Approved Provider for the Association of Play Therapy, we host trainings and supervision for professionals around the country looking to enhance or improve their Play Therapy skills. Additionally, we partner with several local and out-of-state Universities to host clinical internship and residency placements because we believe the best education is often experiential learning. We accept all major insurance products, including most Medicaid plans, because we believe that accessibility to quality mental health care should be a right and not a privilege. Our entire practice is LGBTQ affirming and competent, and we believe that racial and cultural competency should be the rule, and not the exception, when it comes to receiving mental health services from qualified providers. Finally, we believe that our employees are our #1 resource and most valuable asset as a business. We invest in their wellbeing and livelihood to ensure that the individuals we serve are being treated ethically and compassionately by happy, grounded professionals.
