Kat Stevenson

Kat Stevenson is an experienced People and Culture Manager at Richmond Football Club, having progressed from Coordinator to Advisor and then to Manager since joining in May 2017. Prior to this role, Kat served as Play Maker Manager/Coordinator at Game Changers Australia, focusing on volunteer recruitment and leadership program development. Kat's background includes working as a Regional Administrative Assistant at Davidson Trahaire Corpsych, where responsibilities included administrative management and client liaison, and customer service roles at L'Occitane en Provence and The Body Shop. Kat holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
