Sam Cousens has extensive experience in the field of sports and education, currently serving as a Recruiting Officer and Talent Scout at Richmond Football Club since January 2010, and as the Wiluna Community Programs Coordinator for Murlpirrmarra Connection Ltd since December 2017. Previously, Sam held roles such as Director/Program Manager at WESTSTAR Football Academy, WA 16's State Academy Forwards Coach, and Football Development Officer at Claremont Football Club and the West Australian Football Commission. Sam also gained practical experience as a bricklayer at Swan Bricklaying Services prior to pursuing a Bachelor of Education at Edith Cowan University, from which graduation occurred in 2020.
