Shane Dunne

Shane Dunne serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Richmond Football Club since October 2014, where responsibilities include developing consumer strategies related to ticketing and non-traditional revenues to enhance supporter engagement. Concurrently, Shane held the position of CEO at Aligned Leisure, a subsidiary of Richmond Football Club, from March 2016 to August 2024, overseeing the daily operations aligned with partner objectives. Shane’s experience extends to a non-executive director role at Life Saving Victoria from January 2018 to February 2024, focusing on finance and risk management. Prior to these roles, Shane was Regional Development Manager at YMCA Victoria, managing operations across multiple regions and fostering partnerships. Additionally, Shane contributed to the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games as Event Services Deputy Manager in 2012. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Victoria University and a Program on Negotiation from Harvard Law School.
