Kayla Kody

Kayla Kody has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kayla started their career at Radford University as a Full Time Student from August 2008 to May 2013. After completing their education, they joined Shea Homes as a Sales and Marketing Specialist in August 2013, managing various responsibilities until April 2021. During this time, they also served as a Sales and Marketing Administrator from August 2013 to July 2014. In March 2014, Kayla began their role as the Marketing Director at Richmond Ford, where they worked for seven years until January 2021. Kayla then became the Vice President of Business Development at the same company from January 2021, and they continue to hold this role. In January 2023, Kayla joined FordDirect as an Advisory Board Member. Additionally, they served as a Public Speaker at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) in March 2022. In April 2021, Kayla briefly worked as a Business Consultant for Empire Communities, where they worked on strategy, sales experience, marketing, and more until October 2022. Furthermore, since January 2016, Kayla has been the Chief Executive Officer of Emporia Marketing LLC.

Kayla Kody completed their education at multiple institutions starting from Battlefield High School between 2004 and 2008. Kayla then attended Radford University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Their field of study at Radford University was Marketing & International Economics. Later, in 2014-2015, Kayla pursued a Marketing Strategy for Business Leaders certificate from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Additionally, Kayla obtained two certifications: Digital Analytics Fundamentals from Google in October 2013 and Sales Certification from Miller Heiman in August 2013.
