Barbara Malloch has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the sports sector, serving as the Operations Manager for Richmond Hill Soccer Club since October 2003. Prior to this role, Barbara Malloch contributed to community service as a Leader with Girl Guides of Canada from September 2003 to June 2018 and gained administrative experience at European Jewellery from October 1995 to October 2003. Barbara Malloch holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Toronto and has completed studies at George Brown College.

Celbrating 50 years of soccer in Richmond Hill! Founded in 1968, Richmond Hill Soccer Club is both the largest recreational club in the town of Richmond Hill and the largest soccer club in York Region with over 7,000 year-round members. The mission of RHSC is to provide an opportunity for any person in the Town of Richmond Hill to play organized soccer at recreational and competitive levels, for both indoor and outdoor, and to assist all participants in reaching their potential. RHSC provides year round development programs for players, coaches, and referees. Some of these programs include both outdoor and indoor Kick Start programs, Introductory and Advanced Soccer Schools, Long-Term Play Development coaching courses, goal keeping clinics, and more.
