Mirco Schroff currently serves as the General Manager and Technical Director of Richmond Hill Soccer Club, overseeing day-to-day operations, financial management, HR management, program development, and the implementation of the organization's strategic plan. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Director and High-Performance Manager at Whitby FC, where responsibilities included coach and player development, as well as building a comprehensive pathway for both. Mirco also served as Technical Director at the Ontario Soccer Association and the York Region Soccer Association, focusing on high-performance systems and player development. Earlier career experiences include coaching and player development at Whitby Iroquois Soccer Club and financial planning roles at RBC Dominion Securities and Stuttgarter Volksbank AG. Mirco holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Berufsakademie Stuttgart and an Investment Professional Degree from Berufschule I Stuttgart.

Celbrating 50 years of soccer in Richmond Hill! Founded in 1968, Richmond Hill Soccer Club is both the largest recreational club in the town of Richmond Hill and the largest soccer club in York Region with over 7,000 year-round members. The mission of RHSC is to provide an opportunity for any person in the Town of Richmond Hill to play organized soccer at recreational and competitive levels, for both indoor and outdoor, and to assist all participants in reaching their potential. RHSC provides year round development programs for players, coaches, and referees. Some of these programs include both outdoor and indoor Kick Start programs, Introductory and Advanced Soccer Schools, Long-Term Play Development coaching courses, goal keeping clinics, and more.
