Alexander Mandatori, P.Eng., MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Capital Planning & Delivery at the City of Richmond Hill, a position held since November 2009. In this role within the Facility Management Division, Alexander oversees the facility Life Cycle Program, manages capital building renewal projects, and provides architectural and engineering support for city facilities, while also leading the Project Management Office. Previous experience includes roles as Manager of Facility Assets, where responsibilities involved comprehensive management of town-operated facilities, and as a Capital Project Coordinator, focused on facilitating various facility capital projects. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
