Manager, Capital Planning & Delivery at City of Richmond Hill

Alexander Mandatori, P.Eng., MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Capital Planning & Delivery at the City of Richmond Hill, a position held since November 2009. In this role within the Facility Management Division, Alexander oversees the facility Life Cycle Program, manages capital building renewal projects, and provides architectural and engineering support for city facilities, while also leading the Project Management Office.
