Andrew Beshay, P. Eng, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently serving the City of Richmond Hill since June 2022, focusing on stakeholder engagement and project alignment with city policies. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Toronto Community Housing, including Program Manager and Program Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed project delivery and maintenance program management for occupied residential buildings. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Project Specialist at OHE Consultants, where project management related to environmental compliance and health and safety was emphasized, and an Environmental Project Scientist at S2S Environmental Inc. Andrew's earlier roles also included process engineering at HFI Pyrotechnics and engineering consultancy at DuPont. Academic credentials include a Master's of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry from the University of Toronto and dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemical Process Engineering and Economics from Queen's University.
