Andrew Nichols, MIAM, C.Tech., PMP, currently serves as Manager and Project Manager in Corporate Asset Management for the City of Richmond Hill since April 2019. Previously, Andrew held various roles at the City of Oshawa from June 2010 to April 2019, including Senior Infrastructure Business Analyst and Infrastructure Program Technologist, focusing on the development and implementation of corporate asset management systems and processes. With a background in managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, Andrew has expertise in risk-based decision-making, needs analysis, and budget management. Earlier experience includes roles at Teranet Inc. and Angus GeoSolutions Inc., where Andrew specialized in GIS and land information management. Andrew's education includes an Advanced Certificate in Applied Digital Geography and GIS from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Masters Certificate in Public Sector Management from Ontario Tech University.
