Diogo Oliveira has experience as Manager Water & Wastewater & Roads Operations at the City of Richmond Hill since September 2013. Prior to that, Diogo worked as a Supervisor at the City of Markham from July 1998 to September 2013. Diogo also held the title of System Operations Coordinator at Halton Region from 2002 to 2004.
