Frank Quarisa is an experienced public works and engineering professional with a distinguished career spanning multiple roles in municipal and environmental services. Currently serving as the Director of Public Works Operations for the City of Richmond Hill since June 2023, Frank previously held significant positions in the City of Toronto, including Director of Wastewater Treatment and Acting General Manager of Toronto Water. Frank's extensive background also includes leadership roles at the Ontario Clean Water Agency, where responsibilities included Vice President of Project Development & Technical Services and General Manager of South Peel Facilities. Earlier career experience includes work as a Project Engineer with the Ontario Ministry of Environment. Frank holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from McGill University.
