Lijing Xu is an experienced project manager specializing in infrastructure modeling, currently employed by the City of Richmond Hill since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lijing served as a wastewater hydraulic engineer at the City of Markham from July 2009 to June 2022, and as a water resources engineer at Dillon Consulting Limited from July 2005 to June 2009. Lijing holds a master's degree in Civil - Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2003, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Water Supply and Drainage from Shenyang Jianzhu University, earned in 1993.
