Lucy Montalbano is an accomplished Risk & Insurance Manager with extensive experience in public sector risk management. Currently serving the City of Richmond Hill since October 2017 and the City of Mississauga since June 2011, Lucy oversees city-wide insurance programs, manages claims and litigation, and provides risk management consultation. Previously, Lucy held the position of Manager for Risk, Insurance, & Procurement at the Town of Richmond Hill from January 2005 to June 2011, where responsibilities included managing risk programs and implementing procurement processes. Lucy's career in risk management began at the LCBO, where a decade was spent managing insurance and claims programs. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.
