Mohammad Kashani, M.Eng, P.Eng, PMP, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in municipal infrastructure and capital works projects. Currently serving as the Manager of Design & Construction for the City of Richmond Hill since 2019, Mohammad effectively leads teams in implementing strategies for improved service delivery while managing budgets. Prior roles include Project Manager at the City of Vaughan, overseeing multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, and numerous positions at the City of Toronto, where expertise in large-scale capital works and regulatory compliance was developed. Early career experience includes project engineering roles at McCormick Rankin Corporation and Consulting Engineers Co., focusing on highway design, drainage, and environmental considerations. Mohammad holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Guilan University.
