Ravinder Singh Sandhu is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and promoting agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the City of Richmond Hill since November 2018, Ravinder focuses on building self-reliant teams and enhancing self-service solutions. Prior roles include Delivery Manager at HGC Technologies, where Ravinder directed Scrum delivery structures and collaborated with global teams to implement the Servicenow platform, and Project Leader at Birlasoft, managing IT transformation projects with a commitment to stakeholder satisfaction. Ravinder's career began as a Sr. Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra, specializing in the development and administration of Micro Focus PPM Center software. Educational qualifications include a BTech in Computer Science & Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University and an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University.
