Sherry Adams

Sherry Adams currently serves as the Commissioner of Corporate and Financial Services for the City of Richmond Hill, a role held since December 2018, providing strategic leadership and financial direction across the division. Previously, Sherry held various leadership positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Markham Stouffville Hospital, Director of Human Resources for WESCO Distribution in Canada, Executive Director of Human Resources at the City of Brampton, Director of Human Resources at Ontario Power Generation, Vice President of Human Resources globally at Harris Corporation, Senior Director of Human Resources at Kellogg Canada, and Human Resources Business Partner at Hewlett-Packard Canada. Sherry is a graduate of the University of Toronto, holding an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in Sociology.
