Darren Sawatzky

Darren Sawatzky has extensive experience in soccer coaching and management. Darren currently works as the Sporting Director/Head Coach for the Richmond Kickers Soccer Club starting in November 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant for iSoccerPath in 2017. From 2008 to 2014, Sawatzky served as the Director of Youth Development and the General Manager for Sounders U23/Sounders Women/Tacoma Stars at Seattle Sounders FC. In 2018, they were the Head Coach for FC Tucson. Additionally, Sawatzky was the Head Coach of the Guam Men's National Team for GFA from 2015 to 2017.

Darren Sawatzky earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Portland, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. In 2014, they attended the French Football Federation FFF, where they obtained a French Formation License in the field of Formation.
