Paula A. Caputo

VP, Ambulatory Health Network at Richmond Medical Center

Paula Caputo joined RUMC in 2010 and in 2011 was named Administrative Director for Community Development. In 2014, Ms. Caputo took leadership of outpatient services, eventually rising to the position of Vice President. During this time, she spearheaded major initiatives to restructure healthcare delivery while managing a broad array of outpatient centers and physician practices. Currently, Ms. Caputo’s portfolio of services has expanded to include management of Richmond Health Network’s physician enterprise and overall strategic support.

Ms. Caputo graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University with a dual major in Political Science and Honors. She attained a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, which has consistently ranked Number 1 in the nation for public affairs, according to the annual U.S. News & World Report reputational survey. Ms. Caputo was recognized with The 2018 Smith Stanley Award by the Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island, for her efforts in promoting community health. She also received a Women of Influence Award in 2013 from the Staten Island Economic Development Association.
