Aimee Venn has a strong background in the insurance industry, with over 20 years of experience. Aimee currently holds the position of SVP, Chief Claims Officer at Richmond National, a role they started in September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the US Claims Coordinator at Ark Syndicate Management, Ltd. from 2016 to 2021. Aimee also gained extensive experience during their tenure at Markel Corporation, where they served as an Executive Claims Examiner from 2004 to 2016. Aimee began their career at Sentry Insurance as a Sr. Claims Examiner from 1999 to 2003.

Aimee Venn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Women's Studies from Randolph-Macon College. Aimee attended the college from 1987 to 1991.
