Ashlee Randall

Ashlee Randall has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Ashlee is currently serving as the SVP and Chief Underwriting Officer at Richmond National, where they oversee all underwriting functions and product lines. Ashlee is responsible for building a profitable business with a focus on employee well-being. Prior to their current role, they worked at Kinsale Insurance, where they held several positions, including Vice President - Property & Inland Marine, Assistant Vice President - Energy and Environmental, Assistant Vice President - Energy, and Division Manager - Energy. During their time at Kinsale Insurance, Ashlee successfully improved processes, developed new resources, and grew the book of business. Before their tenure at Kinsale Insurance, Ashlee worked at James River Insurance Company, where they held roles as an Underwriter and Associate Underwriter in the Energy division. Ashlee gained expertise in writing coverage for various industries, including oil and gas, alternative energy, mining, and maritime employers liability. Ashlee's experience and skills make their a valuable asset in the insurance industry.

Ashlee Randall graduated from Sweet Briar College in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and History. In 2008, they obtained several certifications from The Institutes, including an Associate in Commercial Underwriting - Management (AU-M), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI), and a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). In 2023, Ashlee was recognized as an Honored Listee by Marquis Who's Who and completed the Distinguished Women in Leadership Program from the University of Richmond School of Professional & Continuing Studies.
