Kristin Gifford

Kristin Gifford is an experienced claims professional with a career spanning several decades in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Specialist at Richmond National since March 2023, Kristin has held various positions at Markel from September 1996 to the present, including Claim Manager, Executive Claims Examiner (AIC), and Executive Claims Specialist (AIC). Prior to that, Kristin worked as a Claims Examiner at Guaranty National Insurance from September 1994 to September 1996 and as a Sr. Claims Examiner and Claims Processor at Maryland Casualty Insurance from May 1986 to April 1994. Kristin holds an Associate degree in Business from Mohawk Valley Community College, earned between 1982 and 1985.
