Steve Gillespie

Steve Gillespie has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Steve is currently the Vice President of Contractors Casualty at Richmond National since October 2021. Previously, they held the role of AVP at Verus Specialty Insurance (a Berkley Company) from April 2011 to October 2021. Before that, they served as an AVP and Regional Manager Underwriting at Colony Specialty Insurance Company from July 1996 to April 2011. Steve also worked as a Senior Commercial Underwriter at American States Insurance Co from July 1993 to July 1996, and as an Underwriter at United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (USF&G) from June 1990 to July 1993.

Steve Gillespie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hampden-Sydney College from 1986 to 1990.
