Richmond Olympic Oval
Tim Ong is currently serving as an Occupational Health and Safety Advisor at Providence Health Care, focusing on Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention. Prior to this role, Tim worked as a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer at Richmond Olympic Oval, supporting individuals to become their best selves. Tim also has experience as a Rehabilitation Counselor at Workbridge Health Management Inc. and as a Personal Trainer at the City of Surrey. Tim completed their Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Simon Fraser University from 2005 to 2011.

The Richmond Olympic Oval is an indoor multi-sport and fitness facility that inclusively caters to community members and visitors at any fitness level. Originally built as the host venue for long track skating events during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games, today it is a beacon in the city of Richmond that attracts, welcomes and inspires people from all over the world.
