Tom Clifford is a seasoned Strength and Conditioning Coach with a background in Applied Sport and Exercise Science. Tom has a strong history of coaching various sports teams and individuals, including roles at UBC Thunder Baseball, Richmond Olympic Oval, and Simon Fraser University. In addition to their coaching experience, Tom is also the founder of Lawless Health and has worked with organizations such as University of Louisville and Parramatta Eels. Their educational background includes a MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Science from University of Gloucestershire.

The Richmond Olympic Oval is an indoor multi-sport and fitness facility that inclusively caters to community members and visitors at any fitness level.
