Stephen Wilkinson

Stephen Wilkinson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and operations with extensive experience in the biotech and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as a Biotech Growth Partner at Singular: Building Brilliant Biotechs since July 2022, Stephen specializes in facilitating the growth of biotech companies by sourcing the right talent. Previously, Stephen held various roles at Richmond Pharmacology, including Talent Acquisition Partner, and at Ashdown Group as Resourcing and Recruitment Manager. Earlier career highlights include positions at Kuoni Incoming Services as Operations Manager and JTB as Operations Executive. Stephen earned a degree in Politics and Japanese from The University of Sheffield, complemented by education at Richmond upon Thames College and Grey Court School.
