Ulrike Lorch has extensive work experience in the medical field. Ulrike began their career in 1995 as a Research Physician at Charterhouse Clinical Research Unit Ltd. From 1998 to 2000, they held Senior House Officer positions at Anaesthesia & Critical Care. Ulrike then worked as a Specialist Registrar in Anaesthesia & Critical Care at South Thames West Anaesthetic Training Scheme, St. George's School of Anaesthesia, London from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Richmond Pharmacology, initially as a Medical Director and later became the Chief Medical Director. Since 2021, they have also been serving as the Director of Human Pharmacology at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine.
Ulrike Lorch obtained a State Examination degree in Medicine from Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität in Frankfurt am Main, Germany in 1993. Ulrike also holds various additional certifications, including a Fellowship from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom obtained in 2009, a Certificate of Completion of Training obtained in 2007, and Entry to the UK Specialist Register in Pharmaceutical Medicine obtained in 2007. Ulrike also obtained a Fellowship from the Royal College of Anaesthetists in the UK in 2001, a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom in 2000, an MD degree from University of Frankfurt am Main, Germany in 1994, and a License to Practice Medicine from the General Medical Council in 1993.
