Anna Lisa Lim is a Human Resources professional with a diverse background in both educational and corporate environments. Currently serving as Human Resources Coordinator at Richmond School District No. 38 since July 2023, Anna Lisa previously held the role of Human Resources Assistant. Anna Lisa worked as a Human Resources Student Consultant at Layfield Group earlier in 2023, where key contributions included analyzing retention strategies and streamlining recruitment processes. Prior experience includes serving as an Education Assistant at Vancouver Christian School, where effective collaboration with educators helped achieve high student success rates, and as an Educational Instructor with PALS Autism Society, focusing on developing essential life skills. Additional experience includes organizational tasks at Earth Baby Outfitters and customer service roles at Starbucks and Victoria's Secret. Anna Lisa holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
