Jenny Lum

Jenny Lum, MBA, MA, currently serves as the Asia-based Representative for Richmond International Education with Richmond School District No. 38 since January 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Project Specialist for International at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where significant improvements in international student satisfaction and population were achieved. Jenny held various positions at the British Council from 2007 to 2016, including Head of Relationships and Insights, where strategic initiatives strengthened UK-China educational ties, and Business Partnerships Manager, which enhanced partnerships in different regions of China. Earlier career stages involved a Business Development Manager role at the British Chamber of Commerce Guangdong and a Marketing Executive position at Xinfa Enterprises Ltd. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Master of Arts from the University of Westminster, alongside marketing certifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
