Joseph Balderston

Joseph Balderston, RPP, MCIP, currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Planning for the Richmond School District No. 38 since November 2018, where responsibilities include conducting demographic analyses, community needs assessments, and feasibility studies related to school facilities. Prior experience includes a role as Facilities Planner at Weston Consulting and Planner where management of various planning applications across the Greater Toronto Area was performed, along with the preparation of reports and stakeholder liaison. Earlier in 2016, Joseph worked as a Planning Outreach Coordinator at Pooni Group, leading community engagement initiatives and maintaining stakeholder relationships. A research associate in the Affordable Housing Office with the City of Toronto in 2015, Joseph holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University.
