Louisa Chan is an experienced educator currently serving as a K/1 Primary Teacher at Richmond School District No. 38, focusing on cross-curricular programs and the SEY2K Initiative. With a diverse background in teaching from Pre-K to Grade 11, Louisa has developed and implemented individualized lesson plans and scaffolded learning experiences to enhance student engagement and critical thinking. Previous roles include Elementary School Teacher at the Ministry of Education and Grade K/1 Teacher at Pear Tree Elementary, where Louisa integrated project-based learning and technology in the classroom.
