Townley Goldsmith-Ray is an experienced executive with a diverse background in management and program development. Currently serving as Executive Director and previously as Member Experience Manager at Richmond SHRM since 2017, Goldsmith-Ray has held leadership roles at Sports Backers from 2003 to 2015, including Director of Active RVA and Director of Event Development.
