Christopher Maimone

Christopher Maimone is an experienced soccer coach and former professional player with a diverse background in coaching at various levels. Currently serving as the Head Coach for the 2009 & 2008 Boys at Richmond United since August 2022, Maimone previously held multiple roles at Richmond Strikers from August 2017 to August 2022, including Director and Head Coach of the 2008 Boys Elite team in the ECNL Regional League. Maimone's coaching career also includes stints as the Head Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at Lee Davis High School and Hermitage High School, as well as coaching roles at Dynamo Soccer Club and the Baltimore Kings, where Maimone was signed as a professional player. Maimone holds a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sports Sciences with a concentration in Soccer Coaching from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, where Maimone was also a Division I soccer player.
