Justin Smith

Justin Smith is a Rugby Referee at the Referees Society of Virginia, serving matches in the state and beyond. Justin is also the Youth and Middle School Coordinator at Richmond Strikers, handling on-the-field needs. Previously, Justin worked at Capital One as a Compliance Advisor Manager, at the Department of Medical Assistance Services as an IT Compliance Specialist, and at the Virginia Retirement System as Appeals and Administrative Affairs Manager. Justin also has experience as a Program Analyst, Medicaid Appeals Division Intake Supervisor, and Senior Paralegal. Justin holds a Juris Master in Compliance and a Bachelor of Applied Studies in Paralegal Studies.
