Eboni Boadi

Eboni Boadi serves as the Chief Development Officer at Richmond Symphony, where responsibilities include ensuring the organization has the necessary resources to achieve its artistic and community goals while providing leadership and representation within the community. Prior to this role, Eboni was the Vice President of Philanthropy at the Student Conservation Association, overseeing a national team focused on private philanthropy and aligning fundraising strategies with organizational objectives. Eboni has also held senior positions in individual giving and development management at other nonprofit organizations, contributing extensive experience in donor engagement, major gifts, and philanthropic strategy. Eboni's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Law and Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government-International & Comparative Politics from George Mason University, along with a certificate in Race in American Politics and Intro to Econometrics from Duke University.
