Lanie Hightower

Lanie Hightower is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR functions including talent management, employee onboarding, and organizational climate management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Richmond Wholesale Co since August 2022, Lanie oversees multiple HR responsibilities such as employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and performance management, while also acting as the HRIS Administrator using Paylocity. Previous roles include HR positions at NETGEAR, RefleXion Medical, Falck Northern California, and Aerotek. Lanie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resource Management from California State University - East Bay and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
