Landa Stricklin

As the director of clinical consulting, Landa is responsible for leading the clinical consulting team as they provide clinical, operational and eHR solutions to post-acute health care providers. By keeping apprised of federal regulations and changes across the LTPAC industry, she prepares clients to proactively meet new expectations through Richter’s custom-designed services.

Landa takes her position as an educator seriously, and is always eager to share the knowledge she has accumulated over the course of her 30+ year career. Her mentees appreciate her ability to take complex rules and simplify them - without sacrificing any valuable details. As someone who is extremely vested in her team, her greatest accomplishments are the successful careers she has helped nurture over the years.
